International Food Vendor Application

International Food Vendor Hours:
Saturday, September 26th, 12 pm-7 pm
Groups in this category are affiliated with nonprofits, cultural organizations, and artists that support the cultural communities via the sale of their food. To apply as an International Group Vendor, you must have approval from Arts Council staff or have active nonprofit status.
Load-in for international food vendors will be on Friday, September 25th between Noon to 5 pm. If you are requesting a Saturday morning load-in as an alternative, you MUST ADD this to your application below. Saturday morning load-ins ARE NOT GUARANTEED and are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions listed in this application, each accepted food vendor represents The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County and is expected to maintain their professionalism and care for the ARTS. Particpants are required to comply with our festival rules/guidelines and reflect our community values.
Accepted participants will receive additional details about festival logistics including parking, vendor set-up, load-in, and a variety of other questions at a later date.

Prices
| International Food Vendor | $125.00 | Non-refundable | This price includes one 20x10 booth space at our 48th Annual International Folk Festival. The Arts Council will provide each Group with a space number, country sign, and 20x10 space INCLUDING ELECTRICITY. The group will be responsible for any tent, tables, chairs, merchandise, wifi access and other equipment needed to sell your art/wares/food during the event. |
| Late Fee | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Any applications submitted after the application deadline will be subject to a $50.00 late fee. These applications are not automatically accepted and will taken on a case-by-case basis and dependent on festival space availability. |
