For 45 years, the Georgetown Christmas Stroll has welcomed families, friends, and visitors to Historic Downtown Georgetown to celebrate the holiday season and support local businesses.
This year, the Downtown Georgetown Association invites you to be part of Hometown Christmas Stroll: A Season to Gather—a FREE three-day holiday tradition that transforms Downtown Georgetown into one of Central Texas' premier holiday shopping and entertainment destinations.
As a participating vendor, you can expect a festive, high-energy atmosphere filled with holiday décor, live entertainment, family activities, food and beverage offerings, and thousands of shoppers looking for unique gifts and seasonal experiences. With more than 72,000 attendees in 2025, Christmas Stroll provides an exceptional opportunity to showcase your products, connect with customers, build brand awareness, and be part
of a beloved community tradition.
Throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy the Christmas Parade, Santa's Village, holiday concerts, dancing with the Grinch, family activities, charming downtown storefronts, and over 200 artisan and boutique vendors.
Visitors come ready to shop, explore, dine, and create lasting holiday memories.
At its heart, Hometown Christmas Stroll: A Season to Gather is about bringing people together through community, commerce, and holiday traditions. Nonprofit Policy: While we value the important work of nonprofit and community organizations, the Downtown Georgetown Association's mission and event programming are commerce-driven and focused on supporting small businesses and economic vitality in Georgetown. Therefore, nonprofit organizations are not eligible to participate as vendors at Georgetown Christmas Stroll.

FOOD VENDORS:
THE REQUIRED UPLOADS MAY BE UPLOADED DURING CREATION OF YOUR APPLICATION OR YOU MAY RETURN TO YOUR APPLICATION AND UPLOAD AT A LATER DATE BUT MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. ALL FOOD CATEGORIES BELOW MUST UPLOAD FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE.
FOOD/BEVERAGE TRUCK VENDOR:
- UPLOAD to your Application: Annual Mobile Food Permit or a Temporary Food Event Permit.
- Vendors under a Mobile Food Permit must operate only from their permitted mobile unit and may not set up any storage, preparation, or service outside of that unit without obtaining a Temporary Food Event Permit.
- Vendors are encouraged to obtain a Mobile Permit, as this permit allows participation in events for one year from the date of issuance.
- UPLOAD to your application permit from the Williamson County and Cities Health Department to complete your application: www.wcchd.org
- UPLOAD to your application: Certificate of Insurance showing proof of liability coverage by August 26, 2026. (Coverage must include a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability and products completed. Downtown Georgetown Association, 116 W. 8th #109 Georgetown, TX 78626 must be listed as ‘additional insured’ through the event date.)
- UPLOAD to your Application: Vendors must submit the City of Georgetown Fire permit 2 weeks prior to the Christmas Stroll event.
- Vendors must pass the onsite day-of fire inspection by City of Georgetown Fire Department.
FOOD/BEVERAGE TENT VENDOR:
- UPLOAD Temporary Food Event Permit for the entire event duration to do more extensive onsite preparation and service. Food Vendors are subject to all TEMPORARY EVENT FOOD BOOTH SET UP REQUIREMENTS.
- UPLOAD to your application permit from the Williamson County and Cities Health Department to complete your application: www.wcchd.org
- UPLOAD to your application: Certificate of Insurance showing proof of liability coverage by August 26, 2026. (Coverage must include a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability and products completed. - Vendors must pass the onsite day-of fire inspection by City of Georgetown Fire Department.
FOOD/BEVERAGE TENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Vendors are responsible for providing and setting up all booth equipment, including WiFi or cellular service for point-of-sale transactions, tables, chairs, a mobile battery-operated power source (generators are prohibited), bright LED lighting for evening shopping hours, a tent with four (4) sidewalls, and a minimum of fifty (50) pounds of weight securely attached to each tent leg.
- All food tent vendors preparing, handling, serving, or sampling food must have a handwashing station within their booth that complies with Williamson County and City of Georgetown health regulations. Handwashing stations must be fully operational and available throughout all event hours.
- The Williamson County Health Department will be onsite during the event conducting health inspections, and vendors are responsible for meeting all health and safety requirements.
