2026 Springfield Fall Festival

On Behalf of the City of Springfield, we would like to extend an invitation for you to join us at our 2026 Springfield Fall Festival. Our one-day festival is packed with excellent foods, first class entertainment, and a unique variety of vendors that will attract visitors to our festival from all over the Southeast. 

 

The festival features free live concerts, children’s area, arts and craft vendors and a fantastic food selection. We cannot wait for this family fun packed weekend! 

 

To ensure you are a part of the 2026 Springfield Fall Festival, please complete the application deadline of October 25th. Please read the regulations fully and fill your applications out accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate all our vendor’s needs, but cannot guarantee special treatment. Space will be limited and requests will be granted to those first to apply.

The Springfield Fall Festival is one of our community’s largest and most anticipated annual events, drawing thousands of attendees from Springfield and the surrounding region. This family-friendly celebration features live entertainment, local vendors, food, and a vibrant downtown atmosphere. Sponsorship opportunities are designed to provide meaningful community impact and strong brand visibility. Multiple sponsorship levels are available, offering a combination of marketing exposure, on-site recognition, VIP hospitality, and promotional benefits tailored to businesses of all sizes. Marketing benefits may include logo placement across digital and print advertising, stage recognition, banner placement, vendor booth opportunities, and inclusion in regional media promotions. Higher sponsorship levels may also include VIP access and exclusive promotional partnerships. Sponsorships are limited at each tier and are secured upon receipt of a completed agreement and payment. By becoming a sponsor, your organization demonstrates its commitment to supporting local businesses, community events, and economic vitality while gaining valuable exposure to thousands of festival attendees.

The Springfield Fall Festival is proud to remain a free community event, made possible through generous sponsors, vendors, and community partners. Our 2026 fundraising goal is $75,000 to support live entertainment, children’s activities, safety services, marketing, and event logistics — while ensuring the festival continues to grow each year. The City of Springfield partners with sponsors and vendors to fund the majority of this festival.
