About the event

The annual Springfield Fall Festival held in downtown Springfield on the second Saturday of November. We pride ourselves on providing excellent food vendors, first class live entertainment, activities for the whole family, and a unique variety of vendors that will attract visitors to our festival from all over the Southeast.

About the application

The Springfield Fall Festival is one of our community’s largest and most anticipated annual events, drawing thousands of attendees from Springfield and the surrounding region. This family-friendly celebration features live entertainment, local vendors, food, and a vibrant downtown atmosphere. Sponsorship opportunities are designed to provide meaningful community impact and strong brand visibility. Multiple sponsorship levels are available, offering a combination of marketing exposure, on-site recognition, VIP hospitality, and promotional benefits tailored to businesses of all sizes. Marketing benefits may include logo placement across digital and print advertising, stage recognition, banner placement, vendor booth opportunities, and inclusion in regional media promotions. Higher sponsorship levels may also include VIP access and exclusive promotional partnerships. Sponsorships are limited at each tier and are secured upon receipt of a completed agreement and payment. By becoming a sponsor, your organization demonstrates its commitment to supporting local businesses, community events, and economic vitality while gaining valuable exposure to thousands of festival attendees.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Overview & Event Guidelines Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2026 Springfield Fall Festival. This event draws thousands of attendees from across the region and relies on strong community partnerships to make it successful. Sponsorships are available in the following categories: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and VIP Vendor. Each level includes specific branding, marketing, and on-site benefits as outlined in the sponsorship packet. All sponsorships are limited in quantity and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment and completed agreement. General Information Sponsorship benefits are based on total contribution. A minimum of 50% of the sponsorship must be financial support. The remaining portion may be approved in-kind support. All logos must be submitted in high-resolution vector, PDF, or EPS format by the stated deadlines. Marketing deadlines are strictly enforced for inclusion in print materials, newspaper ads, and billboard placements. Accepted Categories Businesses and organizations of all industries are welcome to apply. Priority consideration may be given to sponsors whose services align with community standards and event policies. The Festival Committee reserves the right to decline sponsorships that conflict with event values or existing exclusive agreements. Event Protocol Sponsors with vendor space must comply with all festival rules and local ordinances. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a professional, family-friendly presence. Distribution of promotional materials must remain within your assigned space. Food & Beverage Only approved food vendors may sell food or beverages. Sponsors may distribute pre-packaged promotional items but may not sell food or beverages unless separately registered and approved as a food vendor. All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations. Setup & Breakdown Detailed setup times and site maps will be distributed prior to the event. Sponsors must complete setup during assigned load-in windows. Breakdown may not begin until officially approved by festival staff. All vendors are responsible for removing trash and restoring their assigned area.
