Participation in the Fall Festival is available to businesses located along Laurel Street between Second Street and Madison Street, subject to the following requirements:
1. Business Location: The business must have an existing entrance door that opens onto Laurel Street within the designated festival area between Second Street and Madison Street.
2. Hours of Participation: Participating businesses agree to maintain an active presence and be open and available to festival attendees from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on the day of the festival.
3. Limited Space and Assignment: Space is limited, and participation is subject to availability. The Fall Festival Committee will assign each participating business a designated space and will make reasonable efforts to locate the assigned space as close as possible to the business's Laurel Street entrance. Specific locations are not guaranteed. All assignments are subject to the Committee's discretion based on available space, event layout, safety, and operational needs.
4. Business-Only Use; No Subletting: Assigned space is reserved exclusively for the business identified on the approved application. Businesses may not sublet, transfer, share, or otherwise permit another business, vendor, individual, or organization to occupy or use their assigned space without prior written approval from the Fall Festival Committee.
5. Application and Approval: Submission of an application does not guarantee participation or a specific space assignment. The Fall Festival Committee reserves the right to approve or deny applications and make final decisions regarding space assignments and event layout.
6. Compliance: Participating businesses agree to comply with all festival requirements and instructions issued by the Fall Festival Committee. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of the assigned space and may affect eligibility for participation in future City-sponsored events.
