Parking instructions
Please follow volunteer direction to park in the fields surrounding the park entrance. Limited handicapped spaces are available, as well as a shuttle for those who need assistance to the gate.
Health & safety
Sam Michael's park is a non-smoking property. Dogs are not permitted in the park during the event (service dogs allowed). The event is rain or shine, unless inclement weather would result in safety concerns.

This application is for vendors wishing to serve food at the 2026 Harper's Ferry Highland Games. Applications will be approved by board.
- Please submit your license to serve food in Jefferson County. You may upload this in the "picture" section of the application if need be.
- Please provide proof of insurance. Temporary third party insurance may be purchased through this application.
- Power must be supplied by the applicant.
- Reliable Wi-Fi is available on site.
- Please include your dimensions in the "special requests" portion of the application
