About the application
We are overjoyed to welcome you to the 2026 Harpers Ferry Highland Games! This application is for all participants looking to set up at the event as a Clan, promote a non-profit organization, or offer educational opportunities. For renting a booth space as a vendor selling goods, please use the "Vendor" application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Booth spaces for these applicants have no size limitation - the standard is 12'x12'. Please indicate in your responses below the number of spaces your group needs.
- Tickets are for both days, Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm.
- You may set up during the allotted times (Friday PM, Saturday AM, times TBD) and may remain set up for the duration of the weekend. HFCCS Security will be on-site in the off hours and local police presence during event hours.
