We are overjoyed to welcome you to the 2026 Harpers Ferry Highland Games! This application is for all participants looking to rent a booth space to sell their merchandise at the event

Join us for another fantastic weekend of celebrating Celtic culture with Highland Games, live music, food tricks, tons of vendors, and activities for all ages!

Terms & Conditions

  • Booth spaces come in three sizes - 144 sq feet, 288 sq feet, and 576 sq feet. If you have an unusual size requirement please indicate your specific needs and we will accommodate you.
  • Tickets are for both days, Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm.
  • You may set up during the allotted times (Friday PM, Saturday AM, times TBD) and may remain set up for the duration of the weekend. HFCCS Security will be on-site in the off hours and local police presence during event hours.

Prices

144 Square Feet $200.00 Single booth space 12'x12' for both Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm selling hours.
288 Square Feet $400.00 Double booth space is 12'x24' for Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm selling hours. Accommodation can be made for marginally differing size requirements (i.e. 10x20 or other size that does not require the next level of square footage)
576 Square Feet $600.00 Extra Large booth space (average 24'x24', but variable) for Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm selling hours. Please indicate your specific measurements in your application to ensure the space you request is accommodated in the mapping process.
