The Midway Business Association, in partnership with the City of Midway, invites artists, makers, and food vendors to apply for the 52nd Annual Midway Fall Festival, taking place Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, 2026, in historic downtown Midway.
Now in its 52nd year, the Midway Fall Festival is one of Central Kentucky’s longest-running and most beloved community festivals, drawing large, consistent crowds who come ready to shop, eat, and enjoy the season.

The Midway Business Association is now accepting applications from food vendors and food trucks for the 52nd Annual Midway Fall Festival, taking place Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, 2026, in historic downtown Midway.
This long-running fall tradition is one of Central Kentucky’s largest and most well-attended festivals, drawing thousands of guests over two full days. Festivalgoers arrive hungry, stay for hours, and return throughout the weekend—making this a strong sales opportunity for food vendors.

All vendors must remain open until at least 8:00 PM on Saturday.

Friday setup is required for all food vendors
All food vendors must carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance listing the Midway Business Association as additional insured
Menus must be submitted for approval; unapproved items may not be sold

Special Courtyard Placement
This application is reserved exclusively for current, paid members of the Woodford County Farmer’s Market.
We are offering deeply discounted vendor rates for Woodford County Farmer’s Market vendors because we believe strongly in supporting local farmers, growers, and makers who do the work of feeding and sustaining our community. This reduced rate is intentional and meant to remove barriers to participation—not reflect the value of your work.
📍 Vendor Placement
All accepted Woodford County Farmer’s Market vendors will be placed in the Courtyard area. This space is designed to highlight local agriculture and market-style vendors while creating a welcoming, cohesive experience for guests.

The Midway Fall Festival, produced by the Midway Business Association, is proud to offer complimentary booth space to eligible Woodford County non-profit organizations as part of our commitment to supporting the community we serve.
This application is reserved for non-profit organizations that operate from a physical address in Woodford County. There is no booth fee for accepted organizations.

The Midway Fall Festival, produced by the Midway Business Association, invites brick-and-mortar Midway businesses to participate in the 52nd Annual Midway Fall Festival, taking place September 19–20, 2026.
This application is reserved exclusively for established Midway merchants operating from a physical storefront.
Booth Placement for Midway Merchants
Merchant participation includes premium booth placement, designed to support and spotlight our local businesses:
Main Street Merchants:
Businesses located on Main Street will receive booth space directly in front of their storefront, allowing you to extend your shop into the festival footprint and connect directly with festival-goers.
Other Downtown Merchants:
Businesses located outside of Main Street will be placed in a top-tier booth location within the festival, selected for excellent visibility and foot traffic.
Discounted Booth Rates — Our Thank You
Midway merchants receive discounted booth pricing compared to other vendors. This reduced rate is a thank you for being here year-round, investing in your storefronts, and helping create the vibrant, welcoming town that Midway is known for.
