Now in its 52nd year, the Midway Fall Festival is one of Central Kentucky’s longest-running and most beloved community festivals, drawing large, consistent crowds who come ready to shop, eat, and enjoy the season. 🍂 Why Vendors Love Midway Fall Festival 🎨 Strong Arts & Crafts Focus This festival is known for its high-quality arts and crafts vendors. Terms & Conditions

Sponsor Terms & Conditions By submitting a sponsorship application, the sponsor agrees to the following: 1. Application & Approval All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by the Midway Fall Festival Committee. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Festival reserves the right to decline any application that does not align with the event’s mission, audience, or values. 2. Payment & Processing If approved, the sponsor’s payment method on file will be automatically charged in full through Eventeny at the time of approval. Sponsorship benefits are not secured until payment is successfully processed. If payment fails, the sponsorship opportunity may be released. All sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. 3. Event Cancellation or Modification The Midway Fall Festival Committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, public safety concerns, or governmental restrictions. If the event is canceled entirely by the organizers, sponsors will be notified regarding refund or credit options. Weather-related interruptions during the event do not qualify for refunds. 4. Marketing & Brand Use By participating as a sponsor, the sponsor grants the Midway Fall Festival permission to use their business name, logo, and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes related to the event. Sponsors are responsible for submitting logos and required promotional materials by the deadlines provided. The Festival is not responsible for missed promotional inclusion due to late submission. 5. On-Site Presence (If Applicable) If the sponsorship tier includes booth space or on-site activation, sponsors must comply with all vendor guidelines, setup timelines, and local regulations. Additional details will be provided prior to the event. 6. Conduct The Midway Fall Festival is a family-friendly, community-centered event. Sponsors agree to maintain professional conduct consistent with the spirit of the festival. The Festival reserves the right to remove any sponsor presence deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
