I received great customer service from Reid. He put my art piece into a protective sleeve at no extra cost. Also he wanted me to contact him when my Rem arrived in the mail, to see if she got damaged in transit.
The art piece I received is really well done. The lines are very sharp and Rem is lovingly drawn. I am glad I bought this piece from Reid.
