This Roasted Peach Jam is so delicious you'll want to eat it right out of the jar! It's better than the best peach pie filling, perfectly spiced, and smells heavenly. Use it on ice cream or toast. I'm going to experiment with this jam in a sauce for pork or chicken.

I first tried the Roasted Strawberry Jam at a wine tasting. It was the perfect touch with crackers and cheese. I bought out the shop's inventory of 3 jars and other Jake's jams! I've continued to order it since then. This jam has so much depth of flavor, it lends itself to infinite combinations. Of course it's wonderful on toast, but pair it with crackers and goat cheese or aged gouda, too. Love it!
