Bought some bubble guns at a festival for $15 each. Spent almost $70. vendor said they’re ready to use with batteries and bubbles loaded. my kids loved them but after 15 minutes one gun completely stopped working, over half a bottle of bubbles left to use. I went back to ask the vendor if he could trouble shoot the gun, if he thought it was the batteries or just a malfunction. He looked at it a second and said he didn’t know. I asked if he would be willing to exchange the one that wasn’t working and his reply was “ if it doesn’t work then I can’t do anything with it.” Well, that’s my thoughts too. Next day the other guns stopped working too - not the batteries.
REPLY: Silvia, that’s why I came back to talk about the possibility of a malfunction since it was just the one gun because that happens. But I wanted to make a fair review of my experience so others will know the value of their purchase. As I stated my kids loved them while they worked, just not worth the money.

We have a large sign clearly displayed on our table stating that there are no refunds or exchanges and that all sales are final. I sold over 100 bubbles yesterday, and no one else complained or requested an exchange.
The bubbles were working properly when they were sold to you. It is possible that they may have been damaged after the purchase, especially if they were handled by children. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after the item has been purchased.
I understand your frustration, but it is unfair to place the blame on me when the items were working correctly at the time of purchase and our no-refund/exchange policy was clearly posted
