Be aware of your surroundings and report suspicious activity, hazards, or emergencies immediately. Keep walkways, exits, and emergency access areas clear at all times. Personal Health Do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. Practice good personal hygiene, including regular hand washing or use of hand sanitizer when available. Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed, especially during hot weather. Emergency Procedures Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and first aid locations upon arrival. In the event of an emergency, remain calm and follow official instructions. Emergency medical assistance should be contacted immediately for injuries or health concerns. The organizer may delay, pause, or cancel activities in the interest of public safety. Food and Drink Safety Consume food and beverages responsibly. Notify vendors of any known food allergies before purchasing or consuming products. Accessibility and Inclusion Respect accessibility pathways, seating areas, and accommodations provided for guests with disabilities. Treat all attendees, staff, and participants respectfully and inclusively. Assumption of Risk Attendance at the event is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings while participating.

Volunteers play an important role in helping create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Responsibilities may include event setup and breakdown, greeting guests, assisting vendors and performers, supporting children’s activities, distributing materials, monitoring activity areas, and helping with crowd flow and cleanup. We are looking for dependable, positive, and community-minded individuals who are passionate about service and celebrating American independence. Volunteers should be prepared to work as part of a team, communicate respectfully with guests, and help promote the spirit and significance of Independence Day. This is a great opportunity to give back, connect with the community, and honor the meaning of freedom through service and fellowship.

Event Terms & Conditions By entering or attending this event, all attendees agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. Entry and Participation This is a free public event and no ticket is required for entry. Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. 2. Security and Safety Attendees may be subject to security screening or bag checks. Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous materials, and other prohibited items are not permitted. Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and emergency responders. 3. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior toward attendees, vendors, performers, staff, and the public is required at all times. Harassment, violence, discrimination, vandalism, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Individuals violating these rules may be removed from the event premises. 4. Photography and Media Release By attending the event, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording that may be used for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation. 5.
