Health & Safety Guidelines To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all attendees are asked to follow these health and safety guidelines while attending the event: General Safety Follow all instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, and emergency responders. Be aware of your surroundings and report suspicious activity, hazards, or emergencies immediately. Keep walkways, exits, and emergency access areas clear at all times. Personal Health Do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. Practice good personal hygiene, including regular hand washing or use of hand sanitizer when available. Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed, especially during hot weather. Emergency Procedures Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and first aid locations upon arrival. In the event of an emergency, remain calm and follow official instructions. Emergency medical assistance should be contacted immediately for injuries or health concerns. Prohibited Behavior Violence, harassment, reckless behavior, or any activity that may endanger others is strictly prohibited. Possession of weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials is not permitted. Children and Vulnerable Persons Children should remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Report any lost child or vulnerable person to event staff immediately. Weather Awareness Attendees should prepare for changing weather conditions by wearing suitable clothing and footwear. The organizer may delay, pause, or cancel activities in the interest of public safety. Food and Drink Safety Consume food and beverages responsibly. Notify vendors of any known food allergies before purchasing or consuming products. Accessibility and Inclusion Respect accessibility pathways, seating areas, and accommodations provided for guests with disabilities. Treat all attendees, staff, and participants respectfully and inclusively. Assumption of Risk Attendance at the event is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings while participating.
