Every year, BayCon's incredible staff keeps each other going with one of our favorite traditions: Staff Feed, a communal potluck hospitality spread available to all badged staff throughout the convention weekend. Staff Feed runs on two things: the generosity of people who bring dishes to share, and the Hospitality budget that fills in the gaps with supplies, beverages, and additional food to keep everyone fueled from setup through teardown.
Our goal is to raise $500 toward BayCon's annual $2,000 Hospitality budget. Every dollar helps close that gap.
If you'd like to contribute to Staff Feed but bringing food to the Santa Clara Marriott isn't practical for you (whether due to distance, travel logistics, dietary considerations, or anything else) a monetary donation is a wonderful alternative. Every dollar raised goes toward feeding the people who make BayCon 42 happen. No contribution is too small. Whether it's $5 or $50, you're helping sustain the crew that builds, runs, and tears down one of the Bay Area's longest-running speculative fiction conventions. As the Guide would say: a fed staffer is a happy staffer. And a happy staffer is, at minimum, Mostly Harmless.

- King Room: $169 per night
- 2 Queens Room: $179 per night
Parking Information:
- On-Site Parking: $10 per day (no in/out privileges unless you're an overnight guest at the hotel)
Registration:
- Pre-Registration: Starting July 7: Full weekend badge is $60 (prices increment to the at-door price between then and July 3)
- At-Door Registration: $150
