Showcase your unique retail wares at Whidbey Ren Faire! This immersive event celebrates the magic of medieval fantasy, drawing thousands of attendees eager to explore handcrafted goods, delicious food, and live entertainment.

We are seeking marketplace vendors offering handcrafted, period-inspired, or thematically appropriate goods, including (but not limited to) jewelry, clothing, armor, art, pottery, toys, and fantasy wares.

Vendors providing interactive services or demonstrations that enhance the immersive atmosphere (such as hair braiding, face painting, henna, or similar experiences) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Early Bird pricing is available through January 30, 2026 (11:59 PM). After this date, all booth fees increase by $50.

This application is open to nonprofit organizations, civic or community-focused groups, and fellow Renaissance or fantasy events interested in sharing resources, offering interactive activities, or promoting upcoming festivities at WRF26. The objective of a Partner relationship is to achieve maximum visibility and reach for both your organization and Whidbey Ren Faire.

These booths are informational and interactive only—no sales are permitted. Donations for services or activities are allowed.

Participants must provide a family-friendly medieval, Renaissance, or fantasy-themed booth. Interactive offerings that enhance the faire atmosphere—such as demonstrations, games, hands-on activities, or services like face painting or braiding—are strongly encouraged. Standard booth size is 10’ × 10’; larger spaces may be approved for activities or services requiring additional space. Approval applies to this event only.

Talented performers of all kinds—musicians, dancers, actors, comedians, guilds, and street performers—are invited to apply to perform at Whidbey Ren Faire 2026.

Whidbey Ren Faire is a family-friendly, immersive Renaissance and fantasy event celebrating creativity, community, and live entertainment. We welcome performers whose acts are engaging, professional, inclusive, and appropriate for audiences of all ages.

Applications will be reviewed by our Entertainment Team and may be approved, rejected, or waitlisted. Approved applicants will receive next steps and any applicable scheduling details. Not all entertainment roles are paid, and not all approved participants will receive a contract. Paid performance opportunities, when available, are limited and handled separately.

This form is for Whidbey Ren Faire participants who plan to camp on-site. If you do not need camping, you do not need to complete this form. You MUST have a previously approved participant application (i.e. vendor, food vendor, performer, volunteer application, etc.) prior to having your camping application approved.

This will help our team coordinate camping logistics and ensure your setup is identified and safe. Campsites are issued on a first come, first serve basis. Advance registration helps us ensure we have enough space for all approved participants wishing to camp.

Note: This is dry, primitive camping. There are no water or electrical hookups, so please come prepared. All primitive campsites will not exceed 20'x20' (this is large enough to accomodate one standard size tent and one standard size vehicle).

You may redeem 2 free shower vouchers at Basecamp or from the Campground coordinator upon check-in to your campsite. Public showers can be located at John Vanderzicht Memorial Pool located at 85 SE Jerome St, Oak Harbor, WA 98277.

Are you a photographer, videographer, journalist, or content creator with a passion for storytelling? Do you love capturing magical moments and sharing them with the world? Whidbey Ren Faire invites media professionals to help document the excitement, artistry, and community of our annual medieval celebration.

Approved media representatives will have the opportunity to explore the faire, connect with performers and vendors, and showcase the unique atmosphere of Whidbey Ren Faire through visual, written, or digital storytelling. Whether you specialize in photography, video, journalism, or social media coverage, we welcome you to apply for a media badge and help bring the magic to life.

Please fill out this application if you are interested in playing a noble in the King of Mysthaven's court. Mysthaven is a magical realm where history and fantasy meet and all are welcome. You can either play a historical person that lived during the 16th century or come up with your own character and backstory!
