Waited almost an hour in line only to wait almost an hour for our food. There seemed to be no rush from anyone to actually get food out to customers.

Thank you for your feedback on our performance during Saturday at Whidbey Renaissance Faire. I want to personally apologize for your negative experience and express how seriously I take your feedback. My deepest apologies for how long it took for you to receive your food. We had one person not show up to their shift and equipment failures throughout the day. This left me with a very young and inexperienced staff in expediting the food orders. I can say the team drastically improved on Sunday and we did not have any long wait times. These are not excuses for our poor performance and I am very sorry for the time and frustration I caused you. If you paid by credit card, I would love to offer you a refund, I wish there was a way I could return your time. All I can say is we learned a tremendous amount through this experience and will make adjustments so this never happens again. I appreciate you reaching out to me, please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
