About the event
Raise a glass and join us for Whiskey Fest 2026, a three-day celebration of whiskey culture, great food, live entertainment, and the people behind the craft. Taking place July 21–23, 2028, Whiskey Fest brings together whiskey enthusiasts, first-time tasters, distillers, chefs, musicians, vendors, and industry experts for a weekend of discovery and entertainment. Guests will have the opportunity to sample a wide variety of bourbon, rye, Scotch, Irish whiskey, Japanese whisky, Tennessee whiskey, American single malt, and other specialty spirits. The festival schedule will also include guided tastings, food-pairing experiences, educational seminars, cocktail demonstrations, live music, and themed culinary events. Whether you are an experienced collector or simply interested in learning more about whiskey, the festival is designed to offer an approachable, engaging experience for every level of knowledge.

Health & safety
The health and safety of attendees, vendors, staff, performers, and participating partners is a top priority at Whiskey Fest 2026. By attending or participating in the event, all guests and vendors agree to follow posted venue rules, staff instructions, applicable laws, and the guidelines below. ### Alcohol Safety Whiskey Fest is a 21-and-over event. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Alcohol samples are intended for tasting purposes only. Event staff, bartenders, distillery representatives, and vendors reserve the right to refuse service to any person who: * Appears intoxicated * Is acting aggressively or disruptively * Attempts to share alcohol with another guest * Cannot provide valid identification * Violates event or venue policies Guests are encouraged to eat before and during the event, drink water regularly, pace their tastings, and arrange safe transportation. Do not drink and drive. Guests should use a designated driver, rideshare service, taxi, or public transportation after consuming alcohol. ### Medical Assistance Guests experiencing illness, dizziness, dehydration, injury, or another medical concern should immediately notify an event staff member. First-aid support and emergency procedures will be available during event hours. In an emergency, attendees should call 911 or follow instructions from event and venue personnel. ### Food Safety and Allergies Food vendors are responsible for following all applicable health department, food-handling, sanitation, licensing, and temperature-control requirements. Guests with food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions should speak directly with vendors before consuming food or beverages. Whiskey Fest cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens, including: * Peanuts and tree nuts * Milk * Eggs * Wheat and gluten * Soy * Fish and shellfish * Sesame Cross-contact may occur in food-preparation and service areas. ### Sanitation Attendees and participants are encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands regularly. Vendors must maintain clean booth spaces, use proper food- and beverage-handling practices, and dispose of waste in designated containers. Common areas, restrooms, tasting areas, and high-contact surfaces will be serviced according to venue operating procedures. ### Communicable Illness Guests, staff members, and vendors should not attend if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, vomiting, persistent coughing, or other symptoms that may present a risk to others. The event may implement additional health measures if required by local authorities, the venue, or changing public-health conditions. Such measures may include: * Health screenings * Capacity restrictions * Masking requirements * Proof of testing or vaccination * Adjusted food or beverage service procedures Any updated requirements will be communicated before the event when reasonably possible. ### Accessibility and Mobility Safety Accessible entrances, routes, and designated accommodations will be provided in accordance with venue capabilities and applicable law. Guests who need accommodations should contact the event team before the festival at **[Accessibility Email]**. Attendees should avoid blocking walkways, emergency exits, accessibility routes, vendor entrances, or service areas. ### Emergency Procedures In the event of severe weather, fire, security concerns, medical emergencies, or another urgent situation, attendees must follow instructions from event staff, venue personnel, law enforcement, or emergency responders. The event organizer may temporarily suspend activities, relocate sessions, evacuate an area, or close the event when necessary for safety. Emergency exits and access lanes must remain clear at all times. ### Prohibited Conduct and Items The following are prohibited unless specifically authorized: * Weapons * Illegal drugs or controlled substances * Outside alcohol * Glass containers * Open flames * Smoking or vaping outside designated areas * Fighting, threats, or harassment * Tampering with safety equipment * Blocking exits or emergency routes * Unsafe or disruptive behavior Event management reserves the right to inspect bags, remove prohibited items, deny entry, or remove individuals who create a safety risk. ### Vendor Safety Responsibilities Vendors and exhibitors must: * Secure tents, displays, signs, cords, and equipment * Keep walkways free of tripping hazards * Use approved electrical equipment * Follow fire-code requirements * Maintain required permits and insurance * Keep food and beverages at safe temperatures * Follow responsible alcohol-service requirements * Report hazards, spills, injuries, or emergencies immediately Failure to comply may result in booth closure or removal from the event.

    ## Terms and Conditions By purchasing a ticket, submitting an application, or attending Whiskey Fest 2026, you agree to these terms. Whiskey Fest is a 21-and-over event. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Tickets, application fees, booth fees, and add-ons are non-refundable unless the event organizer states otherwise. Event dates, hours, locations, participating brands, vendors, performers, tastings, and sessions may change without notice. Admission does not guarantee access to every tasting or activity. Guests must consume alcohol responsibly. Event staff may refuse service or remove anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves unsafely, harasses others, or fails to follow event or venue rules. Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for food allergies, transportation, personal belongings, and safe travel after drinking. The organizer is not responsible for lost property, weather delays, schedule changes, or circumstances beyond its control. Photography and video may occur during the event. By attending, guests permit the organizer to use their image or likeness for promotional purposes. Vendors must follow all licensing, insurance, health, safety, payment, setup, and operating requirements. The organizer may update these terms when necessary.
