About the application

We're seeking nonprofit organizations whose missions strengthen our communities through education, health, the arts, environmental stewardship, youth development, social services, and other meaningful causes. Join us at the 1st annual to engage with hundreds of attendees while showcasing the important work your organization does.
 

About the event

Raise a glass and join us for Whiskey Fest 2026, a three-day celebration of whiskey culture, great food, live entertainment, and the people behind the craft. Taking place July 21–23, 2028, Whiskey Fest brings together whiskey enthusiasts, first-time tasters, distillers, chefs, musicians, vendors, and industry experts for a weekend of discovery and entertainment. Guests will have the opportunity to sample a wide variety of bourbon, rye, Scotch, Irish whiskey, Japanese whisky, Tennessee whiskey, American single malt, and other specialty spirits. The festival schedule will also include guided tastings, food-pairing experiences, educational seminars, cocktail demonstrations, live music, and themed culinary events. Whether you are an experienced collector or simply interested in learning more about whiskey, the festival is designed to offer an approachable, engaging experience for every level of knowledge.

Terms & Conditions

Nonprofit Organization Terms & Conditions


By submitting an application, your organization acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participation is by invitation and approval only. Organizations are selected based on their mission, community impact, and alignment with the vision and values of Smoke & Oak. Axiom Productions reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Booth Space
Approved organizations will receive one designated booth space. Booth assignments are determined by event management and may not be changed without prior approval.

3. Organization Responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for providing all materials and equipment needed to operate their booth, including tables, chairs, displays, signage, promotional materials, and any other supplies unless otherwise specified by Axiom Productions.

4. Booth Presentation
Smoke & Oak is an elevated culinary experience. Organizations are expected to maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming booth that reflects the quality of the event.

5. Setup & Breakdown
Organizations must arrive during their assigned load-in window and complete setup before the event opens to guests. Booths must remain open and staffed throughout the event. Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from event management.

6. Fundraising & Sales
Organizations may distribute educational materials, recruit volunteers, accept donations, and sell approved fundraising items only if those activities have been disclosed during the application process and approved by Axiom Productions.

7. Conduct
Organizations are expected to interact respectfully with guests, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff. Aggressive solicitation, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or activities that interfere with neighboring booths or the guest experience are not permitted.

8. Electricity
Electricity is limited and must be requested during the application process. Approved organizations are responsible for bringing heavy-duty outdoor extension cords and any additional power equipment needed.

9. Weather
Smoke & Oak is a rain-or-shine event. Organizations should be prepared for outdoor conditions.

10. Liability
Each participating organization is responsible for its own property, equipment, volunteers, staff, and activities. Axiom Productions, the City of Long Beach, event partners, sponsors, property owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the event.

11. Photography & Marketing
By participating, your organization grants Axiom Productions permission to photograph and record your booth, representatives, and activities for promotional, marketing, social media, and future event materials without additional compensation.

12. Event Policies
Axiom Productions reserves the right to modify event logistics, booth assignments, operating procedures, or event policies as necessary to ensure the safety and success of the event.

13. Agreement
By submitting this application, you certify that you are authorized to apply on behalf of your organization and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
