Thank you for your interest in joining the Westside Market at Westwood Town Hall! We are proud to celebrate our 9th season of supporting local artists, makers, and small business owners. The Westside Market was created to bring our community together while showcasing the incredible talent and creativity of our region’s entrepreneurs.
This is a rain-or-shine outdoor market. Approved vendor will receive a 10 x 10 outdoor space or an 8 x 8 Indoor space.
Electricity Option:
Electricity is available for an additional fee and is limited to standard 110 outlets only. Vendors selecting electric must provide their own outdoor-rated extension cords and are responsible for ensuring all cords are safely secured and properly covered to prevent tripping hazards and maintain a safe environment for guests and fellow vendors.
Vendor Eligibility:
We welcome applications from local artists, crafters, makers, and independently owned small businesses offering original products or services. To maintain the integrity and uniqueness of the market, we do not accept vendors representing multi-level marketing companies, direct sales organizations, or mass-produced retail resale businesses.
Insurance Requirements:
All approved vendors are required to carry general business liability insurance. You are encouraged to upload proof of insurance with your application; however, it is only required after acceptance. Approved vendors must provide proof of insurance prior to participating in the event.
Application & Payment:
Applications are carefully reviewed to ensure a well-balanced and diverse market experience. Once approved, vendor payment is required to secure your space.
We are honored to provide a platform where small businesses can grow, connect, and thrive. The Westside Market has become a beloved community tradition, and we look forward to welcoming both returning favorites and new faces for another incredible season at Westwood Town Hall.

Meet Your Kid Market Assistant
The Kid Market will be led by Cory “Buddy” Gaiser—an 8-year-old entrepreneur who has been helping his parents run the Westside Market since before he could walk!
Buddy knows what it’s like to be in your shoes and will be there to cheer you on, help you feel confident, and make sure you have an amazing day.

Each Kid Vendor will have a 10 x 10 space
You’ll bring your own setup (table, chairs, tent if needed, and anything that makes your booth look awesome!)
