The Kid Market will be led by Cory “Buddy” Gaiser—an 8-year-old entrepreneur who has been helping his parents run the Westside Market since before he could walk!

Buddy knows what it’s like to be in your shoes and will be there to cheer you on, help you feel confident, and make sure you have an amazing day.

Each Kid Vendor will have a 10 x 10 space
You’ll bring your own setup (table, chairs, tent if needed, and anything that makes your booth look awesome!)

Westside Market 2026 Kid Vendor Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application to become a vendor at Westside Market for the 2026 market season, you ("Vendor") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Liability

• Vendor Responsibility: The Vendor (and their parents) acknowledges and agrees that Westside Market, its management, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from the Vendor’s participation in the market. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to personal property, loss of items or funds, or any legal disputes.
• Trash Removal Liability: Westside Market is not responsible for the removal or disposal of Vendor trash.

Parking and Site Use

• Designated Parking: Vendors agree to adhere to all policies regarding parking exclusively in the designated vendor parking areas.
• Space Maintenance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rented space throughout the event.

Waste Disposal and Clean-Up

• Trash Disposal: Vendors must dispose of all trash directly into the provided dumpsters. If the dumpsters are full, Vendors are required to take their trash with them off-site.
• Failure to Comply: Failure to remove trash from the designated space will result in an immediate fee of $100, payable upon notice. Continued non-compliance may result in the Vendor being barred from future Westside Market events.

Prohibited Practices

• Oil Dumping: Under no circumstances is oil dumping permitted from any food preparation or food truck operations.
• Enforcement: Any instance of oil dumping will result in immediate action, including notifying the Cincinnati Police Department for appropriate enforcement.

Event Conditions

The Westside Market is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors acknowledge and agree that the event will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, unless event organizers determine that conditions are unsafe.

In the event of severe or dangerous weather conditions, event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event in the interest of public safety. While individual vendors may choose not to participate if they feel the weather conditions are unfavorable for their setup or products, this decision is solely at their discretion.

However, event organizers must consider the market as a whole and will make decisions that best serve the event, its vendors, and attendees.

No refunds or credits will be provided due to inclement weather, the event production cost still stays the same even if the event must be cancelled. Vendors assume all risks associated with weather conditions and agree that event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from weather-related circumstances.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By applying to be a vendor at Westside Market for the 2026 market season, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to fees or revocation of vendor privileges.
