Thank you for your interest in setting up as a Food Vendor at UwU Con for 2025. After filling out this form, you will receive an email regarding your approval status. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

1. UwU Con requires that ALL panelists be 18 years of age or older; due to liability and privacy reasons, we cannot permit persons under the age of 18 to present panels at UwU Con.
2. Panelists will need to check in once a day at the CosTalk LIVE booth to confirm their panel time and location. Any panelist who does not show up for their check in will be barred from submitting in the future unless the absence was due to emergency circumstances.
3. NOTE: We can accept 18+ panels in our small panel room. If you submit an 18+ panel we will post security at the door to card anyone interested in the panel.
   • Please note that excessive Pornographic material is not permitted at UwU Con. ALL approved 18+ panels MUST submit a sample of their presentation 1 month in advance or risk forfeiting their position on the program guide.
4. UwU Con will provide each approved panelist with a full event badge. Each panel may have up to 4 people present (this includes the individual submitting this form).
5. If your panel is accepted, you must agree to media streaming and/or photography during your presentation.
6. Panels submitted should tie into the UwU Con theme of "Animation and Pop Culture". This can be anything from anime, video games, manga, manhwa, costuming, cosplay, music, TV, theater, etc.
7. As a reminder, ALL content must be family friendly and cannot contain anything rated higher than PG-13 imagery/language unless you received explicit approval from UwU Con's Program Coordinators to display 18+ content (this MUST be written approval, verbal is not acceptable).
8. Panels may be presentations, demonstrations and interactive discussions.
   • At this time, UwU Con is not accepting Character Panels (where individuals take on the persona of a pop culture entity) nor are we able to accept Movie/TV Screenings. We hope to have the space and permission to accept these submissions in the future.
9. Finally, ALL panelists must submit their LEGAL NAME for badge pickup. If you have a preferred name that we post on the website please be sure to include it in this form.
   
   SUBMISSIONS REVIEW / ACCEPTANCE TIMEFRAME: September 7th through September 21st. 

UwU Con is proud to present a NEW section of our Cosplay Alley. This year we are opening applications for a special "Cosplay Round Table". What is the Round Table? Much like that of lore, it is a space for subject matter experts to demonstrate their cosplay skills to attendees over a 3 hour period. We will have 3 spots open daily for applicants to fill. 

General Information

1. The applicant must be a cosplayer/costumer who can demonstrate a skill over a 2 hour period. 
2. The demonstration should exhibit one of the following skillsets: sewing, prop making, sculpting, mold making, wig sculpting/styling, beauty makeup, SFX makeup, upcycling clothing, pattern drafting, etc.
3. The demonstration must be easily setup and torn down. You will have 30 minutes to setup your table, 2 hours to present your selected skill(s) and 30 minutes to tear down/pack up your demonstration.
4. The demonstration MUST be cleanly. If you have a skill that may produce a mess please bring a drop cloth and/or plastic sheet to protect the table.
5. Your demonstration must be interactive and/or have something that fans can interact with/explore.
6. You will be promoted on the UwU Con website as a special guests along with the time you will be appearing.
7. You must be able to bring your demo materials in using a suitcase, duffel bag or oversized bag; UwU Con will not have a separate entrance for presenters. CosTalk LIVE will provide Security and Badge Pickup with your name so you can easily pass through and make your way to Cosplay Alley.
8. A table will be setup directly inside Cosplay Alley with the title "Cosplay Round Table" atop or in front of it. You are welcome to bring your own pop up banners and/or signage to promote your brand.
9. Cosplay Round Table Presenters can accept tips however; you are not permitted to sell items during your 2 hour time slot. We hope to accommodate more space for this in the future. Participating as a Round Table Presenter will earn you a Full Event Badge.
