About the event

Tokyo, OK (TOK) is a fan-based convention with a focus on Japanese Anime, Culture, and Pop Culture. With a mission of "Education and Building Community Through Entertainment", Tokyo, OK proves that education does not have to come from traditional sources and that even two vastly different world views can find common ground. From humble beginnings as a parking lot block party and despite many road blocks, Tokyo, OK has grown each year. The Seventeenth Annual Tokyo, OK will be held on July 11-13, 2025. Tokyo, OK hosts over 300+ hours of programming for Anime, Gaming (Console, Video and Tabletop), Japanese and Oklahoma Culture, Art, Writing, Music, Shopping (with vendors, artists and exhibitors from all of the country) and much more! Join us for a full weekend of nonstop fun! Tokyo, OK, TOK, and all content is managed by the Oklahoma Society for Culture Appreciation.

We will be holding a Charity Ball on Thursday, July 10th at the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills. The chosen theme will reflect the main theme of the Tokyo, OK event: Rewind! Admission is $10. 100% of the proceeds will go towards this year's chosen charity. Dress is semi-formal / semi-formal cosplay, or Lolita; jeans and t-shirts will not be allowed. CONDUCT The Charity Ball is for everyone to feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. As such anyone whose conduct makes another guest feel uncomfortable will be asked to leave without refund and may risk losing their convention pass. Unwanted actions can include but are not limited to unwanted proposals to dance or take pictures, starring in an inappropriate manner, overly aggressive behavior, language that demeans other people or groups, etc. Everyone must have a wristband to enter the Ball, and the wristband must be shown to any Tokyo, OK volunteer when requested. No alcohol will be permitted at the Ball.

An exhibitor is a merchant promoting branded items; however, Tokyo, OK reserves the right to approve sales for an exhibitor, dependent upon review.

Exhibitors can include non-profit organizations, government or educational institutions, area events or conventions, as well as interest groups such as local anime/manga clubs. We also welcome local/regional authors/artists who are strictly promoting a book/webcomic/etc.

Exhibitors will also include guests, partners, and the selected charity for the current year’s convention.

TYPES OF EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors fall into two (2) categories.

Category I - includes guests, partners, the convention charity, non-profit organizations, and government or educational institutions.

Category 2 - includes community arts and enrichment groups such as local/regional authors or artists, interest groups such as local anime/manga clubs, and community programs/events with non-501(c)3 status.

APPLICATION & SELECTION
All exhibitors are required to complete this form as well. Like artists, exhibitors will need to to submit a website so that your work/services can be reviewed and exhibitor type assigned correctly.

This is strictly an application and does not guarantee you a space at the convention.

COST

Exhibitors who fall into Category 1 receive, at no cost to them:

Minimum one (1) 6’ table
Minimum two (2) full weekend badges
Two (2) chairs/table
One (1) tablecloth/table
Dedicated internet access

Please note, any Category 1 exhibitor can request up to two (2) tables. Category 1 exhibitors may also request an additional number of badges, which are subject to approval by Tokyo, OK.

Exhibitors who fall into Category 2 will receive all the above and are subect to a $100 fee if sales of product/service will occur at event. Tokyo, OK reserves the right to waive this fee in lieu of an exchange of product or services.

Category 2 exhibitors may also request an additional number of badges, which are subject to approval by Tokyo, OK.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. Rollovers can be requested for one (1) year.
