We will be holding a Charity Ball on Thursday, July 10th at the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills. The chosen theme will reflect the main theme of the Tokyo, OK event: Rewind! Admission is $10. 100% of the proceeds will go towards this year's chosen charity. Dress is semi-formal / semi-formal cosplay, or Lolita; jeans and t-shirts will not be allowed. CONDUCT The Charity Ball is for everyone to feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. As such anyone whose conduct makes another guest feel uncomfortable will be asked to leave without refund and may risk losing their convention pass. Unwanted actions can include but are not limited to unwanted proposals to dance or take pictures, starring in an inappropriate manner, overly aggressive behavior, language that demeans other people or groups, etc. Everyone must have a wristband to enter the Ball, and the wristband must be shown to any Tokyo, OK volunteer when requested. No alcohol will be permitted at the Ball.

Our Children's Pass has the same access as our P.O.P. Badge! - Children's Passes are for children ages 5-12 years old. 5 and younger attend for free and do not need a Children's Pass. - Children's Passes acquired prior to June 6th, 2025 are eligible for Early Pick-Up. Visit the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills 1st floor foyer on July 10th. Pick-Up will be available from 5pm to 8:00pm - This Pass is available as a free add-on with a purchase of one (1) adult (18+) Early-Bird Badge. An additional Children's Badge will be available for an additional $30. Max two (2) Children's Passes per one Adult (18+) Badge eligible for the Children's Pass add-on. - Children MUST be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times while attending the event. - Children's Passes are NOT mailed out with the Convenience Pass.
