Your Exhibit Space & Setup

Space Size: Your standard footprint is 10ft x 10ft. Your entire display, including racks and storage, must stay within these dimensions.
Location: The festival takes place outdoors on the streets of Downtown Bay Shore.
BYO-Setup (Bring Your Own): To keep vendor fees as low as possible, Teatro Yerbabruja does NOT provide tents, tables, or chairs. You are responsible for bringing your own professional-grade setup.

The Spark Festival is a multicultural, local & BIPOC-led street festival produced by Teatro Yerbabruja in downtown Bay Shore, NY—centered around creativity, heritage, & connection.
Designed as a creative placemaking initiative, The Spark Festival positions artists and community organizations as drivers of economic vitality & cultural equity. This is more than a one-day event; it is part of Teatro Yerbabruja’s long-term strategy to establish downtown Bay Shore as a thriving cultural district—where art, commerce, and community flourish together.
