*If your business requires a permit from the Health Department to operate, you will need to complete the "Food & Beverage Truck/ Booth Application".
*Please note our Holiday Christmas Market application will be available in August.
Welcome to The Market LHTX! This application is for businesses that prepare or serve food or beverages on-site and therefore require a Health Department permit to operate during the market.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Food trucks and trailers
- Coffee trucks or coffee booths
- Lemonade or beverage stands (fresh-squeezed, dirty sodas, etc.)
- Kettle corn, cotton candy, popcorn, or similar prepared-on-site foods
- Any food or beverage operation requiring health permits, regardless of setup type
Please note:
- Businesses selling pre-packaged, cottage food items (no on-site preparation) should complete the Vendor Application, not this one.
- Health permits, insurance, and additional documentation may be required prior to approval
Space is limited, and selections are made based on menu variety, setup needs, and market balance - If your business requires a Health Department permit to operate, this is the correct application for you.

Welcome to The Market LHTX! This application is for Young Entrepreneurs interested in participating in our 2026 season. Youth under the age of 19 may qualify for this program through our nonprofit foundation, XXL HOPE, which supports young entrepreneurs through mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and life skills education. Participants will have access to a dedicated Young Entrepreneur Coordinator to help guide them throughout their market experience and business journey.
Parent or guardian involvement and support is required for all participating youth ages 17 and under.
After your application is submitted, a member of The Market LHTX Management Team or our Young Entrepreneur Coordinator will be in touch to review your application, answer questions, and walk through next steps to ensure a successful and positive market experience.

Fees & What to Expect
To help support program coordination, mentorship resources, and administrative costs, we charge a small application fee for our Young Entrepreneur program.
- Application Fee (due at time of submission): $10
This is the only fee due when submitting this application.
Booth fees for approved Young Entrepreneur vendors will be discussed and collected at a later date after your application has been reviewed:
- Returning (seasoned) Young Entrepreneur vendors: $25-$40 booth fee (with issued discount code)
- First-season Young Entrepreneur vendors: $10 booth fee (with issued discount code)
All booth fee details, timelines, and expectations will be reviewed during your follow-up conversation with Market LHTX Management or the Young Entrepreneur Coordinator.
Welcome to The Market LHTX! This application is for Non-Profit organizations interested in reserving a booth space during our 2026 season. Non-profits may use their booth to share information about their mission, promote community programs, raise awareness, and/or sell items or accept donations in support of their organization.
As part of the application process, organizations are required to upload documentation confirming their 501(c)(3) status. Once your application and documentation are received and verified, applicable market fees will be waived for approved non-profit organizations. Fee waivers are available only to organizations with verified 501(c)(3) status.
