About the application
Welcome to The Market LHTX! This application is for Non-Profit organizations interested in reserving a booth space during our 2026 season. Non-profits may use their booth to share information about their mission, promote community programs, raise awareness, and/or sell items or accept donations in support of their organization.
As part of the application process, organizations are required to upload documentation confirming their 501(c)(3) status. Once your application and documentation are received and verified, applicable market fees will be waived for approved non-profit organizations. Fee waivers are available only to organizations with verified 501(c)(3) status.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating as a vendor at The Market LHTX events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Vendor Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Market LHTX reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its sole discretion in order to maintain a balanced and diverse marketplace. - Booth Assignment
Approved vendors will be assigned a booth space by Market Management. Booth locations are determined at the discretion of The Market LHTX and may vary by event. - Payment & Fees
Vendor booth fees are due as instructed upon approval. Booth space is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. All booth fees are non-refundable, including in cases of vendor cancellation, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond The Market LHTX’s control. - Rain or Shine Policy
All Market LHTX events are held rain or shine unless Market Management determines that conditions pose a safety risk. No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather-related conditions. - Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for: Their merchandise, equipment, and personal property, Any transactions conducted during the event, Collecting and remitting any required sales taxes, Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The Market LHTX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. - Property Damage
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to event property, facilities, or grounds within or around their assigned booth space. Vendors agree to reimburse The Market LHTX or the venue for any such damages. - Food Vendor Requirements
Vendors selling food or consumable products must comply with all Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) regulations and any applicable local health requirements. Food vendors must possess any required permits or licenses, including a valid Texas Food Handler’s License, and must provide documentation upon request. Vendors acknowledge that The Market LHTX, its staff, volunteers, venues, and affiliates are not liable for any food-borne illness or injury resulting from products sold by the vendor. - Assumption of Compliance
Vendors agree that they are operating as independent businesses and are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements necessary to sell their products. - Market Discretion
The Market LHTX reserves the right to remove a vendor from an event, without refund, for failure to comply with market policies, misrepresentation of products, or behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. - Communication
Vendors are responsible for monitoring their email and Eventeny messages for event updates, instructions, and important deadlines.

| Application Fee The Market LHTX | $5.00 | Non-refundable | A $5 non-refundable application fee is required for the 2026 Market LHTX season. 100% of this application fee directly supports our Young Entrepreneur Program, which provides youth with mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, life-skills education, and hands-on market experience to help them grow both personally and professionally. This small fee helps us continue investing in the next generation of entrepreneurs while maintaining a well-organized, high-quality market experience for our vendors and community. |
