The Great Northern Winter Festival 2027

We’re inviting individuals, businesses, and organizations to apply for a vendor spot at our outdoor festival grounds during The Great Northern Winter Festival (January 27–31, 2027). Vendors will be located throughout our festival, offering a unique opportunity to connect with an engaged, outdoor-minded audience. Final event details will be shared in Fall 2026. Dates and times available for the outdoor festival grounds (TBD)

• Saturday, January 30th, 2027: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Sunday, January 31st, 2027: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

If you are interested in proposing an on-site activation (anything beyond a standard tabling setup, especially experiences that involve ticketed participation or time slot sign-ups), please contact Jovan Rebollar at jovan@thegreatnorthernfestival.com.

Past activations have included climbing walls, sauna installations, and more.

We’re inviting individuals, educators, artists, and organizations to propose interactive workshops for The Great Northern’s Climate Solutions Series during the 2027 festival (January 27–31, 2027).

Dates and times available for workshops (TBD)

• Saturday, January 30th, 2027: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Sunday, January 31st, 2027: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Selected facilitators will be provided:

• Dedicated space within the festival footprint
• Marketing and promotional support
• Access to an engaged, climate-curious audience

We are especially interested in workshops that are:

• Interactive and participatory
• Rooted in practical climate action or skill-building
• Accessible to a broad public audience

Examples include:

• Visible mending/textile repair
• Food waste reduction or composting demos
• Winter seed sowing or urban gardening
• Climate storytelling or art-making
• Low-waste living practices
• Climate career exploration or skill-building
• Local tours of sustainable businesses
