The Local Habit is bringing a weekly farmers market to Great Southern Box Co. in the heart of College Park.

This isn't a one-time pop-up—it's a market designed to become part of people's weekly routine. A place where neighbors gather, families spend their Sunday mornings, and local businesses become the businesses people know by name.

We're creating an experience where guests can grab brunch, listen to live music, shop local, let the kids play, and discover new small businesses—all in one place.

Here's what guests can expect:
🎵 Live DJ
🥂 Bottomless Mimosas
🍳 Brunch Specials
👶 Kid Zone
🛍️ A thoughtfully curated lineup of local vendors

Interested in becoming a vendor? Here's what you need to know:

• Bread and cookie vendors are welcome.
• At this time, we are not accepting other food or beverage vendors.
• Vendors must commit to the full month so the community can get to know and support your business.
• Active promotion is expected. Building a successful market is a collaborative effort, and every business plays a role in bringing people through the gates.
• This is a long-term weekly market—not a pop-up. We're looking for businesses that want to plant roots, build relationships, and grow alongside us.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Applications are reviewed to create the best mix of vendors for the market and are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
