Visiting Partners are conventions, non-profits, and other community partners that share their mission or events with attendees at Tekko.

This form is for community members to request a cosplay photo meet-up location and time to appear on the schedule. This should be filled out only by the person who is running the event.

This application is for your badge to be marked by staff as a fan photographer. Your information--studio name, website, and preferred means of contact-- will be added to a list shared on the Tekko website, and you'll be permitted to advertise in the official event pages. In addition, you'll be granted access to the Photographer's Lounge to meet clients and charge equipment. There is no additional cost for this designation
Groups or organizations with 5 or members such as high school or college anime clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc. can apply for a group registration to receive a discount!

The Extreme AMV Contest, intended for an 18+ audience, provides video editors an opportunity to have their work shown in front of an enthusiastic adult audience. The Extreme AMV Contest is traditionally shown late night on Saturday, and is one of the major 18+ events at Tekko every year.
The Anime Music Video (AMV) Contest provides video editors an opportunity to have their work shown in front of an enthusiastic audience. The main Contest is divided into categories, such as Action, Comedy, and Drama; the audience will vote on their favorite in each category, as well as their favorite video overall. There are also Judges, Staff, and Coordinator's Choice awards, as well as special awards for technical and storytelling achievement.
Are you an aspiring make-up artist? Love J-Fashion and looking to build your portfolio? Then apply to be a Makeup Artist for Tekko's J-Fashion Show!
The time commitment for this role will be Saturday, July 25th, 2026, from approximately 11am - 6 pm EST, though this time period is subject to change once the final schedule is released, and the number of models requiring assistance is finalized.
You will receive an email from the J-Fashion Show team to determine your acceptance. At this time, Tekko does not cover the cost of kit fees.
Accepted applicants who have not already purchased a Tekko badge will receive a supporter badge. This badge includes admission to Tekko and access to the Staff rest area. If you have been accepted as an applicant, and have already purchased a badge for Tekko, please contact the Fashion Show team at fashion.show@pittjcs.org.
If desired, a promotional media post can be made featuring stylists who consent to their names/likeness/businesses being promoted. If you are interested, please email fashion.show@pittjcs.org
So you want to host a session at Tekko 2025? Fabulous! But first, we are going to need to understand a bit more about what you would like to present to make sure it's a good fit for this event. Please answer the questions below for your panel or workshop. If you'd like to submit more than one application, that's awesome! You will just need to submit separate forms for each panel application. Once finished, you should receive a confirmation including the details of your submission. If you don't receive one, please let us know at programming@pittjcs.org
