This form is for community members to request a cosplay photo meet-up location and time to appear on the schedule. This should be filled out only by the person who is running the event.

Read the instructions for each section/question carefully! If you do not follow the instructions for submitting a request, your request will be considered invalid and your photo meet-up will be denied.
Note that we will be doing our best to make sure every photo meet-up will have a photomeet staff member there as well to assist and take photos. You are expected to work with Tekko staff. If for any reason you are unable to host your meet-up, please contact us at photomeetups@teamtekko.us ASAP, even if it's during the con.
