Welcome to the Tekko 2025 Visiting Partner application!

Visiting Partners are conventions, non-profits, and other community partners that share their mission or events with attendees at Tekko.

**FLEA MARKET LOCATION HAS MOVED NEW LOCATION**

It is now down by registration please follow the signs!

A table and chairs are provided for you things like table clothes are not bring all displays you may need but dont leave your space please!

Thursday : Seller check in and set up is from 4PM - 5:25PM. Doors open at 5:30! The market ends at 8:30 on Thursday, and everyone must be out of the convention center by 9.

Sunday : Seller check in and set up is from 9:15AM-10:25. Doors open at 10:30AM and we will close at 2pm

*You must have a valid Tekko badge in your name at time of application to sell at the Tekko Flea Market NO exceptions*

Registration for the markets will go until July 15th; or until tables are sold out. Tables left over that are not sold online will be sold on site we cannot hold or guarantee tables outside of approved applications!

This is for table space at the J-Fashion swap meet for you to sell your wares.

$10 - full table 

$5 - half table

Sellers may begin setting up at 4:30 pm.

Groups or organizations with 5 or members such as high school or college anime clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc. can apply for a group registration to receive a discount!

Press badge holders are representatives of a media or content creating organization who have been approved to officially cover the events of Tekko 2025 via their outlet.

Be a part of our Community J-Fashion Showcase at Tekko! 

Show off your best J-Fashion coordinates on the Hall Stage Friday at 1pm. Members of the Pittsburgh Lolita & J-Fashion community will then choose their favorites in two categories: Best On Theme (Space) and Best Off Theme. 

This event is on the Hall Stage on Floor 3 on Friday July 18th from 1pm - 2pm. It will start with the Designer Showcase, where some of the indie designers in the Fashion Show will share their pieces and answer your questions. It will conclude with the Community Showcase.
