We are looking for our future Suwanee Fest Exhibitors by showcasing young talent (18 years or younger) for partial day table space for Suwanee Fest! Come experience the festival environment without the two-day commitment! Youth on the Rise participants can choose their ideal booth selling time with up to three slot selections. All exhibitors in the Youth on the Rise area will be setting up on one table and sharing space in a single large tent.
Suwanee Fest is a two-day juried art show for handcrafted and handmade items only. Please read the Exhibitor Guidelines carefully before completing your application. One 8 foot table will be provided. Accepted applicants must provide all decor, table cover, and all display items.
Event dates, September 19 & 20 event. The event is rain or shine! Youth on the Rise can choose one (or more) of the following time slots: Saturday 9/19 from 9 am to 1 pm, Saturday 9/19 2 pm to 6 pm or Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm.
If we do not receive ALL materials by the application deadline, you will not be considered for Suwanee Fest.
The deadline for all applications is August 15. Please note that a non-refundable application fee of $15 is required to apply.
Step into the spotlight and help bring the story of Suwanee Fest to life through unforgettable stage entertainment in Town Center Park. From enchanting dance troupes and spellbinding acrobats to traveling musicians and performers of all kinds, the festival stage is where the magic truly unfolds. Both rising stars and beloved favorites take part in this two-day celebration, captivating audiences of all ages.
Applicants will be considered for performance slots on Saturday, September 19, or Sunday, September 20. Please note that Suwanee Fest is a free community event, so entertainers are generally not compensated. All performances should be family-friendly and suitable for all ages.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a performance time. Most performance slots are limited to 30 minutes. The City of Suwanee and the Suwanee Fest Committee reserve the right to limit the number of performers and backstage personnel.
Performers wishing to sell merchandise during or after their performance may do so but must provide their own staff. Stage plots and any special technical needs must be coordinated with the Suwanee Fest stage manager prior to the event. This event will take place rain or shine.
