About the application

Step into the spotlight and help bring the story of Suwanee Fest to life through unforgettable stage entertainment in Town Center Park. From enchanting dance troupes and spellbinding acrobats to traveling musicians and performers of all kinds, the festival stage is where the magic truly unfolds. Both rising stars and beloved favorites take part in this two-day celebration, captivating audiences of all ages.

 

Applicants will be considered for performance slots on Saturday, September 19, or Sunday, September 20. Please note that Suwanee Fest is a free community event, so entertainers are generally not compensated. All performances should be family-friendly and suitable for all ages.

 

Submitting an application does not guarantee a performance time. Most performance slots are limited to 30 minutes. The City of Suwanee and the Suwanee Fest Committee reserve the right to limit the number of performers and backstage personnel.

 

Performers wishing to sell merchandise during or after their performance may do so but must provide their own staff. Stage plots and any special technical needs must be coordinated with the Suwanee Fest stage manager prior to the event. This event will take place rain or shine.

The City of Suwanee, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee and its agents, employees and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.
