About the application

As a Gold Sponsor of Suwanee Fest, you receive: • 20’x10’ booth space • Four Suwanee Fest t-shirts • 1/4 page ad in special Suwanee Magazine pull-out section • SuwaneeFest.com logo listing • Two parking passes • Up to two minutes of stage mentions over the festival weekend (copy provided by sponsor) • Invitation to Friends of Suwanee events • Logo on entertainment lineup banner at the stage • Logo highlight and tag in social media “thank you” post • Logo in November Suwanee Magazine “thank you” ad • Tent, table(s), and chairs (if needed) • Electricity (if requested) • Complimentary parade entry Early-Bird Price (before June 1st): $4,000 After June 1st: $4,100 Please note that all sponsors will be asked to put a credit card on file to apply. If your preferred payment method is not a credit card, the card on file will NOT be charged.

The City of Suwanee, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.
