Southern Indiana Pride Festival 2026

Food Vendors wanted! We are looking for a variety of meal and treat options to provide our attendees at this year's So IN Pride Festival. We have limited the number of vendors to create an optimal experience for you and our festival-goers.

Please read all terms and conditions before submitting your application. Note: this is an application only and is not confirmation of registration. Registration status will be provided within one week of application submission. You will not be charged the registration fees until it's confirmed that your application has been approved. 

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

1. The 2026 Southern Indiana Pride Festival takes place on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 from 4:00-10:00 PM at Central Green, Watertower Square, Clarksville, IN 47129.
2. Food trucks must be open for the entirety of the festival.
3. Food trucks must have their own source of electricity.
4. Food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance (see linked form) per City of Clarksville requirements.
5. Food vendors must obtain all necessary health permits from the Clark County Health Department prior to the 2026 Southern Indiana Pride Festival and be able to provide proof, if requested.
6. Vendor must submit a copy of COI in order to be approved.
7. Vendors must comply with ALL requirements set forth by the Clarksville Fire Marshall (this will require an inspection the day of the event)

On June 6th, 2026, at Central Green, Watertower Square, Clarksville, Indiana, we will host visitors and businesses from all over Southern Indiana, Louisville, and surrounding communities at our annual Southern Indiana Pride Festival. We look forward to your partnership and participation!

We welcome our non-profit vendors and look forward to your partnership and participation!
