About the application

Food Vendors wanted! We are looking for a variety of meal and treat options to provide our attendees at this year's So IN Pride Festival. We have limited the number of vendors to create an optimal experience for you and our festival-goers.

 

Please read all terms and conditions before submitting your application. Note: this is an application only and is not confirmation of registration. Registration status will be provided within one week of application submission. You will not be charged the registration fees until it's confirmed that your application has been approved. 

 

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

  1. The 2026 Southern Indiana Pride Festival takes place on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 from 4:00-10:00 PM at Central Green, Watertower Square, Clarksville, IN 47129.
  2. Food trucks must be open for the entirety of the festival.
  3. Food trucks must have their own source of electricity.
  4. Food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance (see linked form) per City of Clarksville requirements.
  5. Food vendors must obtain all necessary health permits from the Clark County Health Department prior to the 2026 Southern Indiana Pride Festival and be able to provide proof, if requested.
  6. Vendor must submit a copy of COI in order to be approved.
  7. Vendors must comply with ALL requirements set forth by the Clarksville Fire Marshall (this will require an inspection the day of the event)

Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor agrees to obey all rules and instructions as directed by Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. during the duration of the festival. Failure to strictly adhere to such rules or instructions may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and immediate dismissal from Southern Indiana Pride Festival.
2. Vendor hereby acknowledges its liability, and agrees to compensate Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. for any damage(s) caused by, including but not limited to, its representatives, agents, employees, volunteers, members, vehicles, equipment, materials and objects to the environment and infrastructure of city or private property which causes Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. to pay for repair, replacement, or other remuneration.
3.  Vendor agrees to not sell any alcohol from their truck.

4. As a courtesy to other vendors and festival participants, any amplified sound or noise from Vendor’s space is prohibited.
5. Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. reserves the right to prohibit, within any booth or on the festival grounds, the display, advertisement, or other promotion of any business, company, or organization which may be in conflict with a current sponsor. Any questions concerning current sponsors should be directed to soinpride@gmail.com prior to the event.
6. Vendor shall not display, offer for view or sale any illegal or contraband items. The laws of The United States of America, the State of Indiana and local ordinances of the City of Jeffersonville shall control.
Vendors shall not display, offer for view or sale any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any site or operation of the 2026 Southern Indiana Pride Festival.
7. Vendor understands and agrees that Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. is intended to be a family friendly event. Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. reserves the right to dismiss any Vendor, its representatives, agents, employees, volunteers, members, vehicles, equipment, materials and objects displaying or promoting any content, language, etc. deemed inappropriate by Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. officials at any time.
8. Vendor shall not sublet its space under any circumstance.
9. Vendor acknowledges and understands that it is solely responsible for the collection of any sales or use taxes and shall in no way hold Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. or its representatives responsible for any type of permits other than for the festival itself.
10. No refunds shall be given due to cancellation or interruption of the festival for reasons beyond the control of Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. These reasons include, but are not limited to weather, pandemic-related cancellations, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention.
11. Vendor is solely responsible for the security for all its items at the festival location at all times.
12. Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. makes no representation or guarantees towards actual festival attendance.
13. Vendor understands that Southern Indiana Pride has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, pandemic related cancellations or governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, and or interrupt, the festival, and vendor shall hold harmless Southern Indiana Pride for any losses that could arise because of such event.
14. Southern Indiana Pride reserves the right to place Vendor’s in booth locations at the complete discretion of Southern Indiana Pride officials. We have the sole and complete authority to place the participant in any location contained on the festival grounds, irrespective of the participant’s request.
15. Vendor upon vacating its space(s) shall ensure that such space shall be free of any and all trash and with such being placed in the appropriate containers. Failure of the Vendor to clean the space may result in future refusal of Vendor application.
16. Vendor will hold harmless Southern Indiana Pride in all occurrences, which may result in the damage or injury to any person or thing within the confines of the Vendor’s space or as a result of the Vendor’s actions or property at the festival.
17. The undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to be bound by each and every of the terms set forth herein and the terms and representations set forth in the application, which is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. If the Vendor violates any term of this agreement, Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. and/or the authorized agents of the festival may within their sole discretion and at any time (1) terminate this agreement, (2) require Vendor, immediately upon notice of violation of this agreement, to cease operations and vacate the premises, and (3) forfeit any and all fees paid for the right and privilege of participating. This agreement represents the entire agreement between Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. and the Vendor. This agreement may not be amended without the mutual consent of both parties set forth in writing and signed by authorized representatives of Southern Indiana Pride, Inc. and the Vendor.
This agreement has been read, understood and entered into freely, voluntarily and absent of duress by the parties filling out the application.
