About the event
SlimeCityCon is an Interactive Sensory Play and Creative Arts Convention starting in Pittsburgh, PA!
Expect a full weekend of interactive fun including DIY slime making stations, sensory play zones (for kids and adults!!) and experiences you won’t find anywhere else.
Plus, shop from a curated marketplace featuring some of the biggest slime creators in the business, craft creators, local artists, sensory and fidget suppliers, and unique vendors from all around the country!
Whether you’re a slime lover, a curious creator, or just looking for a one of a kind experience, SlimeCityCon is designed to be fun, immersive, and unforgettable.
This is a 2 day event. Single day tickets will be available at the door. If you would like a VIP ticket and swag bag please purchase a VIP ticket which grants you access to both days!

This event has a heavy focus on slime but we will have vendors all of sorts to shop from so there's something for everybody!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a VIRTUAL vendor at SlimeCityCon!
We know not everyone can make the trip to Pittsburgh. Our Virtual Marketplace gives creators and shops a way to be part of SlimeCityCon, connect with attendees, and share their products from anywhere.
Apply by Friday, July 18 to be included on printed event signage. Applications received after the deadline will still be featured digitally but may not appear on printed materials.

Please complete this application to be considered for a virtual vendor booth. We are looking for a mix of everything!
Accepted categories may include:

- Accessories, art and collectibles
- Stickers, stationary supplies
- Slime, of course!
Important details: There will be two options for how to participate virtually
Option A: Exclusive Event Storefront (Recommended) ⭐
Create an exclusive shopping experience just for SlimeCityCon attendees by password protecting your website (or a dedicated section of your website) during marketplace hours.
How it works:
- Password protect your entire website or a designated event collection.
- We'll provide the official SlimeCityCon password to registered attendees only.
- Marketplace hours: August 1, 9:00 AM ET – August 2, 2:00 PM ET.
- After the marketplace closes, you're free to open your shop to the public and sell any remaining inventory however you'd like.
- This option gives attendees an exclusive convention shopping experience while allowing you to control your own storefront and inventory.
Option B: Public Storefront + Attendee Discount
Keep your website open to the public while offering a special discount exclusively for SlimeCityCon attendees.
How it works:
- Keep your storefront open as usual.
- Create a unique discount code (we'll provide the code format).
- Registered attendees will receive the code as part of their virtual event access.

No, here is how our vendor booking works step by step for full transparency:
- Submit your initial vendor application
- Our team will review and accept vendors semi weekly
- You will receive an email with your application status (accepted or rejected)
- An invoice will be sent upon approval
