About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a VIRTUAL vendor at SlimeCityCon!
We know not everyone can make the trip to Pittsburgh. Our Virtual Marketplace gives creators and shops a way to be part of SlimeCityCon, connect with attendees, and share their products from anywhere.
Apply by Friday, July 18 to be included on printed event signage. Applications received after the deadline will still be featured digitally but may not appear on printed materials.
Event dates:
August 1st and 2nd 2026
Please complete this application to be considered for a virtual vendor booth. We are looking for a mix of everything!
Accepted categories may include:
- Handmade goods and crafts
- Craft and DIY supplies
- Home decor, candles
- Fidget toys/sensory items/novelty shops
- Pop culture and fandom items
- Accessories, art and collectibles
- Stickers, stationary supplies
- Slime, of course!
Important details: There will be two options for how to participate virtually
Option A: Exclusive Event Storefront (Recommended) ⭐
Create an exclusive shopping experience just for SlimeCityCon attendees by password protecting your website (or a dedicated section of your website) during marketplace hours.
How it works:
- Password protect your entire website or a designated event collection.
- We'll provide the official SlimeCityCon password to registered attendees only.
- Marketplace hours: August 1, 9:00 AM ET – August 2, 2:00 PM ET.
- After the marketplace closes, you're free to open your shop to the public and sell any remaining inventory however you'd like.
- This option gives attendees an exclusive convention shopping experience while allowing you to control your own storefront and inventory.
Option B: Public Storefront + Attendee Discount
Keep your website open to the public while offering a special discount exclusively for SlimeCityCon attendees.
How it works:
- Keep your storefront open as usual.
- Create a unique discount code (we'll provide the code format).
- Registered attendees will receive the code as part of their virtual event access.
"Will my card be randomly charged after applying?"
No, here is how our vendor booking works step by step for full transparency:
- Submit your initial vendor application
- Our team will review and accept vendors semi weekly
- You will receive an email with your application status (accepted or rejected)
- An invoice will be sent upon approval
Booth Fees: $100
PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE FOR BOOTH FEE WITH KLARNA PAY!
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please allow up to two business days for review and response.

SlimeCityCon Virtual Marketplace Terms & Conditions
Participation Options
Virtual Marketplace vendors must select one participation option during registration.
Option A: Exclusive Event Storefront
• Password protect your website or a designated event collection during official marketplace hours.
• Marketplace hours are August 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET through August 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET.
• SlimeCityCon will provide the official event password to registered attendees only.
• Vendors may reopen their storefront to the public after marketplace hours conclude.
Option B: Public Storefront + Event Discount
• Keep your storefront open to the public.
• Honor the designated SlimeCityCon attendee discount code during the event.
Participation selections must be finalized by the published vendor deadline.
Storefront Responsibility
All sales take place directly through each vendor's existing online storefront.
Vendors are responsible for:
• Website management
• Inventory
• Payment processing
• Sales tax
• Order fulfillment
• Shipping
• Customer service
SlimeCityCon does not process payments or fulfill orders on behalf of vendors.
Exclusive Event Storefront
Vendors selecting this option agree to:
• Password protect the designated storefront during official marketplace hours.
• Keep the event password confidential.
• Not publicly release the password before the marketplace closes.
• Not publicly sell products advertised as SlimeCityCon exclusives before the marketplace opens.
Public Storefront + Event Discount
Vendors selecting this option agree to:
• Honor the designated attendee discount during the event.
• Communicate any exclusions before the event.
Marketing Permission
By participating, you grant SlimeCityCon permission to use your submitted logo, product photos, videos, and business description for the Virtual Marketplace, website, social media, and event marketing.
You retain ownership of all submitted content.
Optional Live Participation
Virtual vendors may be invited to participate in livestream interviews, Q&A sessions, shop spotlights, or other virtual programming.
Participation is optional.
In-Person Vendors
Confirmed in-person vendors are welcome to participate in the Virtual Marketplace.
Participation is optional and intended to provide an additional opportunity to connect with attendees who are unable to travel to Pittsburgh.
Event Updates
As this is the inaugural SlimeCityCon Virtual Marketplace, features and programming may evolve as planning continues. Any material changes will be communicated to participating vendors.
Acceptance
Submitting a Virtual Marketplace application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
