2026 Fargo-Moorhead Pride Festival

Get ready for a dazzling display of color and community as we march together with businesses, organizations and community partners through the streets of downtown Fargo-Moorhead, championing diversity and inclusion. REGISTRATION

The Fargo Moorhead Pride Parade has historically been FREE to participate - but not CHEAP to produce. 

• Unfortunately, this year we must implement a $25 Parade Participation Cost. If this is a barrier to your participation, please email chair@fmpride.com.
• Please submit only ONE registration per Organization / Group
• The main contact for the organization is solely responsible for the behavior of its participants.
• Please indicate how many vehicles or walkers you have in your group when registering.
• If you have animals participating in your parade group - please note so in the Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Fargo-Moorhead Pride! Volunteers play a vital role in helping make Pride a safe, welcoming, and successful event for our community. We now have volunteer shifts available for sign-up in Eventeny, with more opportunities being added as event plans continue to develop. You're welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you'd like, as long as the times do not overlap. Each volunteer position includes a description of the duties and expectations for that role, so be sure to review the details before signing up. Volunteering is a great way to: Give back to the community Support an amazing local event Meet new people Gain valuable experience Have fun while celebrating Pride Whether you can help for a few hours or throughout the weekend, your support makes a difference. Pride in the Park 2026 will take place again at Fargo Civic Plaza. The festival is scheduled from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 8th - rain or shine. Last year, Pride in the Park had over 200 vendors and approximately 6,000 attendees throughout the day. 

 

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: July 16 (registration goes public on July 1)

 

IMPORTANT: 

You must have all appropriate city and state licenses and strictly comply with the requirements of such license
All vendors must furnish their own generator for power
All vendors may start setting up at 9:00 A.M on August 8 
ALL VENDOR REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:

One (1) 16 x 7 space 
FEES

Application Fee: $25 Upon acceptance: this fee will be processed as part of the vendor fee
Upon denial: this fee will be refunded 
Vendor Fee: $200
No Show Fee: $50
