2026 Fargo Moorhead Pride Parade

Get ready for a dazzling display of color and community as we march together with businesses, organizations and community partners through the streets of downtown Fargo-Moorhead, championing diversity and inclusion. Bring your friends, family, and allies to march alongside us and spread love and positivity.

REGISTRATION

The Fargo Moorhead Pride Parade has historically been FREE to participate - but not CHEAP to produce. 

• Unfortunately, this year we must implement a $25 Parade Participation Cost. If this is a barrier to your participation, please email chair@fmpride.com.
• Please submit only ONE registration per Organization / Group
• The main contact for the organization is solely responsible for the behavior of its participants.
• Please indicate how many vehicles or walkers you have in your group when registering.
• If you have animals participating in your parade group - please note so in the Application

• By submitting the application, you are agreeing to the 2026 Pride Parade Rules & Conditions available by PDF Attachment on this application.
• Upon submitting your application the status will show pending until you receive approval notification, at which time you will be charged for registration fees plus payment processing fees. 
• All fees are due at the time of approval and can be paid via credit card. Mailed-in checks for the Parade will not be accepted. Payment will be charged upon approval to payment on file.
• You understand that if at any time during the Pride Parade it is found that you are spreading any sort of hate message, no matter the type, you will be asked to leave the parade and will not receive a refund for any fees paid.  
• We love giving goodies to our parade attendees, but who wants to get hit in the face by a tootsie roll? Please remember throwing goodies is PROHIBITED. By filling out this application you agree that anything distributed to the crowd will be handed to attendees.
• You will have until July 31st to supply insurance information for vehicles in the parade. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle not being able to participate and rejected from the staging area.

REFUNDS

• Until you are approved you can withdraw your application at any time without charge
• After July 24, 2026 Parade registration costs are non-refundable. 
• Processing fees are non-refundable for any reason
• Our Parade is a Rain-or-Shine Event - REFUNDS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED in instance where the below Force Majeure policy is enacted.

FORCE MAJEURE
FM Pride shall NOT be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement (other than payment obligations) due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, earthquakes), severe weather conditions making the venue unsafe, epidemics, pandemics, terrorism, war, riots, civil unrest, government orders or restrictions, strikes, or failure of essential utilities or transportation.
