Pride in the Park will be Saturday, Aug 8th, from 11am-4pm at Civic Plaza in Downtown Fargo!
DEADLINES TO REGISTER:
Regular (May 25 - June 30): Non-Profits - $100, Businesses - $150, Youth - $50
Late (July 1- July 15): Non-Profits - $125, Businesses - $175, Youth - $50

IMPORTANT: There will be no registrations after July 15. The full registration fee will be charged upon approval, and the $25 application fee is credited towards your total vendor registration fee, but is refundable if we are unable to have you at the event this year. Load in/Load out instructions will be sent on or around July 15th.
ALL STANDARD VENDOR REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:
- One (1)10 ft x 10 ft vendor space
- One (1) 6ft table
ADD ONS (NO TENT OR CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED):
- Additional 10x10 space: $100
NO PORTABLE GAS GENERATORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE 2026 PRIDE IN PARK VENDOR AREA
Portable Generators will only be used by Fargo-Moorhead Officials when accessing electrical systems that are not available.
VENDORS WITH SALES
All vendors with sales are required to pay sales tax.
FM Pride is accepting submissions of interest from artists who are open to being contracted during Fargo-Moorhead's Pride Festival on August 5-9, 2026. Performers of all genres are encouraged to participate!
Application Guidelines:
- Open to musicians, DJs, dancers, drag performers, and other live entertainers.
- Submissions include a performance sample (video or audio), a space for event references and relevant experience, and social media or website links.
All artists interested in being contracted will be contacted and invited for a meeting after the form has closed to go over contracts, Safe Zone Agreements, and opportunities for this year in detail.
