April 30 – May 2 At Foodees Fest, the safety of our guests, vendors, staff, and partners is our top priority. We ask everyone attending or participating in the event to follow the guidelines below to help ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all.**For Attendees**Please remain aware of your surroundings and follow all instructions from Foodees Fest staff, venue management, security personnel, law enforcement, fire officials, and emergency responders. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Animals are welcome; however, guests must follow all venue-specific pet policies regarding non-service animals.In the event of severe weather or an emergency, attendees should follow all instructions provided by event staff, venue management, and emergency personnel.Please report any safety concerns, suspicious activity, injuries, or emergencies to the nearest staff member immediately. Attendees must remain clear of vendor cooking areas, generators, equipment, and designated staff-only spaces.All guests are expected to follow posted venue rules, local regulations, and any instructions provided onsite.**For Vendors**Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and professional booth space throughout the event.All tents must be properly weighted and secured at all times. Stakes are not permitted on most event properties. Vendors must comply with all applicable local, county, and state health department, fire department, and permitting requirements. Cooking equipment, generators, fuel, electrical connections, and other booth equipment must be operated safely and in accordance with local regulations. A fire extinguisher must be readily accessible if required by local authorities. Walkways, emergency access lanes, neighboring vendor spaces, and designated staff areas must remain unobstructed at all times. Vendors are responsible for the conduct and safety of their employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives.Vendors should monitor weather conditions throughout the event and be prepared to secure tents, signage, equipment, and merchandise if conditions change.Any accident, injury, property damage, or safety concern must be reported to Foodees Fest management immediately.**Weather Policy**Foodees Fest events operate rain or shine. However, safety decisions related to weather are made in coordination with venue management, public safety officials, and local authorities.Severe weather conditions may require temporary pauses, operational adjustments, delayed opening, early closure, or evacuation procedures. All attendees, vendors, and participants must follow directions provided by Foodees Fest staff, venue management, and emergency personnel.**Emergency Situations**In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow instructions from Foodees Fest staff, security personnel, law enforcement, fire officials, or emergency medical personnel.Emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.Thank you for helping us create a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone attending Foodees Fest.

Welcome and thank you for your interest in vending with Foodees Food & Culture Festival.

FoodeesFest is a large-scale, outdoor, multi-day festival celebrating food, culture, and small businesses. Events typically host 100+ vendors, including food trucks, tented food vendors, artisans, authors, and non-food retailers.

This application helps us understand your business, menu or products, setup needs, and category placement. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Pre-Packaged Food Vendors
• Artisans & Crafters
• Authors & Non-Food Retail

Lemonade is reserved for Lemonade vendors, if you are a food truck you are not permitted to sell lemonade, if you are and you include it on your application, we will remove it and disregard during the approval process. 

Each vendor must apply under the category that matches their actual setup and product type.

 

Important Event Protocol
• All vendors must be self-sufficient
• No power or water is provided
• Silent generators only (70 dB or below)
• Straight-leg canopy tents only
• Professional signage is required
• Beverage sales are restricted unless approved

Menu & Product Approval
All food vendors must submit:
• Full menu
• Category selection

Only approved items may be sold. Menu changes are not permitted once approved.

 

Food vendors may not sell lemonade unless specifically approved by Foodees Fest in writing. This includes fresh-squeezed, flavored, frozen, fruit, or specialty lemonade. Any unapproved lemonade items must be removed from the menu and may not be sold onsite.

 

Load-In, Setup & Breakdown
Final schedules, layouts, permits, inspections, and operational updates are shared exclusively through the Foodees Vendors & Sponsors Facebook Group. Joining the group is mandatory for participation.

Late arrivals, early breakdown, or no-shows may result in removal without refund and loss of future booking eligibility.

 

Operational Hours: Vendors must adhere to the event’s operational hours:

Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
