San Japan 17

This is the application for the General Volunteers (NOT RANGERS). General Volunteers are assigned to departments based on the needs of the convention. Shifts are 4-6 hours per day unless you are approved for hotel crash space. All General volunteers that are approved for crash space are required to work 6-8 hour shifts per day.

This form is for panel submissions for San Japan 17 (2026). Please answer all questions to the best of your ability and keep an eye out for more communication.

 

For those that submit multiple panels, please be aware that we are likely to only pick one. We have limited space and want to give as many people as possible the option to run a panel. 

 

Panel submissions will close on July 1st, 2026. You should begin to see notifications as early as July 8th.

 

 

Thank you for your interest in displaying your vehicle at San Japan Itasha Wonderland 2026! We're aiming to make this the biggest itasha event of this year. We are anticipating space to fit up to 75 vehicles, so tell your other itasha owner friends and spread the word!

 

There is no entry fee to be a part of the car show! If your car is approved, you'll receive up to two three-day passes to San Japan 17.

 

However, keep in mind that submitting an application does not guarantee your acceptance into the car show.

 

The deadline to submit an application is Monday, August 3, 2026.

 

Please allow time for the organizers to review your submission and refrain from sending emails asking about the status of your application.
