This form is for panel submissions for San Japan 17 (2026). Please answer all questions to the best of your ability and keep an eye out for more communication.
For those that submit multiple panels, please be aware that we are likely to only pick one. We have limited space and want to give as many people as possible the option to run a panel.
Panel submissions will close on July 1st, 2026. You should begin to see notifications as early as July 8th.

All panelists require a valid badge for the day of their panel. While we do provide a discount for up to 2 three day passes for approved panels, most panelists will be required to purchase a ticket in order to participate.
