Our retail/commercial/for-profit vendor fee structure is as follows:
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 10' Space - $350.00 / After May 16th - $400.00
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $400.00 / After May 16th - $450.00
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 30' Space - $475.00 / After May 16th - $525.00
Optional Add-Ons:
- Electricity: $50 add-on optional
- 10'x10' placement under secured pole tent - includes a 5' walking aisle easement totaling 10'x15' - additional $175
- 6' Table - $20/Each
- Folding Chair - $8/Each
Late Fee:
Applications received on or after June 8, 2026 will be charged a $50-100 late fee per 10'x10' booth space.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $35 will be charged upon submission of your application.
NOTE: Corporate partners are invited to join us as sponsors and may not apply using this application. Sponsor packages often include a Festival Zone Vendor Space and/or Parade entry. Grassroots Nonprofit and Voter Registration Organizations (Gross Receipts Under $100k)
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 10' Space - $75.00 / After May 16th - $100.00
Small Nonprofit/Political Group (Gross Receipts/Campaign Budget Between $100k-$500k)
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $150.00 / After May 16th - $200.00
Medium Nonprofit/Political Group (Gross Receipts/Campaign Budget Between $500k-$1 million)
Earlybird Pricing - 10' x 20' Space - $300.00 / After May 16th - $350.00
Large Nonprofit/Political Group (Gross Receipts/Campaign Budget Over $1 million)
