You’re not only showcasing your work or services—you’re helping to create the affirming, welcoming atmosphere that defines our festival. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, and any display materials. All booth sizes are listed individually—please select the one that best suits your setup.
In keeping with this year’s theme, “The Colors of Courage,” we encourage every vendor to decorate their booth boldly and creatively. Celebrate the power of visibility, resilience, and joy! Booths that go above and beyond will be entered into our decoration contest, with winners receiving a Pride-themed gift basket.
Vendors are also encouraged to engage with attendees through live demos or interactive elements at their booths to help make the market a lively and engaging experience.
✨ Vendor Inclusivity & Market Balance
Rome Pride welcomes vendors, non-profits, and political groups who support and reflect our values of inclusion, celebration, and respect for the LGBTQ+ community.
Please note: The Rome Pride Board cannot guarantee exclusivity to any one vendor or group for a product category. This is an inclusive market, and while our Vendor Committee makes every effort to distribute similar vendors thoughtfully, we cannot ensure category exclusivity. We strive to avoid over-saturation to keep the experience positive for both attendees and vendors.
🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy for Hate Speech & Harmful Conduct
Rome Pride is a safe and affirming space. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any language, materials, or actions that cause harm or perpetuate discrimination. In our own words:
Any rhetoric, materials, or conduct that disrespects or invalidates LGBTQ+ identities—especially those of trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse people—will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
Any hostile behavior, disruption of the inclusive environment, or undermining of LGBTQ+ community members will result in permanent banning from all future Rome Pride events.
📝 Vendor Review & Approval Process
Every vendor, non-profit, and political booth partner is subject to a rigorous review process conducted by the Rome Pride Vendor Committee. This process includes assessing conduct outside of the application, including public behavior, affiliations, and online activity.
Vendors who have previously created, shared, or supported hate speech or any materials that violate our inclusivity standards—whether at our festival or elsewhere—will not be approved. Rome Pride reserves the right to deny participation to any vendor that is not a good fit for the market or festival.
♿️ Accessibility Accommodations
We are committed to making Rome Pride as accessible as possible for all participants. In your application, you’ll be able to note any accessibility needs—such as being located near restroom facilities, needing extra space, or avoiding tree roots for wheelchair accessibility. We will do our very best to accommodate all requests during the layout planning process.
