Terms and Conditions for Rome Georgia Pride Sponsorship Application
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a sponsorship application to Rome Georgia Pride, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your application.
2. Eligibility
Rome Georgia Pride is a 2SLGBTQIA organization, and we welcome sponsorship applications from individuals, businesses, and organizations that support our mission to empower and connect the LGBTQIA2S+ community. All applicants must align with our values of inclusivity, social justice, and respect for diversity.
3. Application Process
To apply for sponsorship, applicants must complete the sponsorship application form and provide all requested information. Rome Georgia Pride reserves the right to review and evaluate all applications based on our mission and values.
4. Sponsorship Agreement
Successful applicants will receive a sponsorship agreement outlining the terms of the sponsorship, including benefits, expectations, and any associated fees. By signing the agreement, sponsors commit to supporting Rome Georgia Pride’s initiatives and events in accordance with our mission.
5. Use of Logo and Branding
Sponsors may be required to provide their logo and branding materials for promotional purposes. Rome Georgia Pride reserves the right to use these materials in connection with our events and initiatives, subject to prior approval from the sponsor.
6. Non-Discrimination Policy
Rome Georgia Pride is committed to creating an inclusive environment. We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, ability, or immigration status. 7. Liability
