








Fees & Inclusions
There is a $750 fee to host your Rhythm or Reel event. This fee includes:
IF requesting the LED Screen there's a $2,000 fee to host.
- Site permitting
- Film licensing (if hosting a Reel)
- Movie screen (for Reels)
- Stage (for Rhythms)
- Garbage cans
- One (1) portable restroom
- On-site event staff.
- A social media graphic to assist with your promotion
Application Review Process
Applicants will be contacted within two (2) business days of submission with the status of their application.
Community Groups: Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee selection or participation in this year’s series.
