Rhythm & Reels Participant Terms & Conditions By attending a Rhythm & Reels event hosted by Baltimore City Recreation & Parks (BCRP), participants agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Event Conduct & Expectations All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and family-friendly manner. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or illegal activity, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event. Attendees must comply with all park rules, local laws, and BCRP regulations. 2. Event Logistics & Safety Rhythm & Reels events take place Thursday through Sunday on BCRP-owned property only. Movie screenings will begin at approximately 8:00 PM, or once it is dark. Music in the park will begin at approximately 6:00 PM unless otherwise noted. For the safety of all guests, no unauthorized vendors, soliciting, or unapproved performances are allowed. BCRP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Personal Belongings & Liability Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. BCRP is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Participation is at your own risk. BCRP is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event. 4. Photography & Media Release By attending, participants acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes. Attendees grant BCRP permission to use their likeness in event-related media without compensation. 5. Cleanliness & Environmental Responsibility Participants must dispose of trash properly and keep the event space clean. Littering is strictly prohibited, and attendees are encouraged to use provided waste and recycling bins. 6. Compliance & Enforcement BCRP reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who fail to comply with these terms. Any violations may result in banishment from future Rhythm & Reels events. By attending Rhythm & Reels, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Baltimore City Recreation & Parks (BCRP) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
